Our Safety Policy
The management team of RA Electrical High Voltage is committed to the occupational health and safety of its employee’s and for all who are involved in our projects. We are committed to supporting a culture of continuous improvement toward an accident free workplace through ongoing administration, education, and training. All supervisors, management and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objectives of eliminating hazards which will greatly reduce the risks of injuries.
RA Electrical High Voltage recognizes the workers right to work in a safe and healthy environment. Protection of workers from injury and/or occupational disease is a major continuing objective.
We are committed to helping all employees perform to the highest health and safety standards by ensuring supervisors and workers are competent in their duties. Therefore, worker training will include instruction in safe work practices and procedures that apply to our continuously changing environment, as well as those specific to their job duties. R.A. Electrical is dedicated to the consultation of workers through our designated health and safety representative.
To achieve this objective, all personnel including management, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors shall work in a manner to protect themselves and fellow workers’ health and safety by working in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the regulations made under the Act, and the policies and procedures established by RA Electrical High Voltage. Employees at all levels shall be committed to making health and safety an essential part of this organization’s operations and daily routine.
We recognize that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all management, employees, and subcontractors, and that the assistance of each person is required in the development and implementation of a successful health and safety program. Everyone from the president to a new worker has the responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
